1. How do I configure and use AI Assistant 2.0?

Open AI Assistant Settings in the administration area. Choose the working mode:

• Disabled – AI is installed but inactive.
• Mock / Testing – safe testing mode without sending real API requests.
• Live API – production mode that uses a real API key.

When using Live mode, enter the API key, choose the provider/model and run Test Connection. After that you can use:

• Single Photo Analysis for one image,
• Batch AI Analysis for multiple photos,
• AI Queue for controlled processing,
• Review Queue to inspect proposed results,
• Accept & Apply or Reject so the administrator stays in control.

The 6.9 platform line supports language-aware AI context for EN, SR and DE.

2. How do I add a new language?

Add the new language code and labels in the platform language configuration, then provide translations for:

• frontend language strings,
• admin language strings,
• CMS page content and menus,
• emails, notices and message templates.

After that, test the language switcher, routes, customer pages, admin screens and checkout/order communication. For AI Assistant 2.0, add the matching language context so AI responses stay aligned with the selected admin language.

3. What can Smart Media Workspace do?

Smart Media Workspace is the central media operations area for administrators and managers. It provides:

• album browser and media grid,
• photo inspector with EXIF and technical metadata,
• thumbnail / WebP / preview / sale-output awareness,
• watermark and storage status visibility,
• AI tags and usage metadata,
• sales, views and processing history,
• multi-edit tools for category, photographer, tags and watermark,
• storage-aware behavior in Local, Hybrid and Full Cloud modes.

4. How do I enable and use TinyMCE editor?

TinyMCE is used for CMS pages and reusable content blocks. Enable the rich editor in the CMS/content area, then use it to build pages such as About, Contact, Privacy Policy, FAQ and Photographer Application.

You can use TinyMCE for formatted text, headings, lists, links and structured sections. If the accordion extension is enabled, you can also build FAQ-style expandable sections. For best results, pair the content with SEO metadata and add the page to the correct menu location.

5. How do I configure and use Cloudflare R2?

Cloudflare R2 is used for external media storage. In the Cloud settings, configure the required connection values such as:

• Account ID,
• Bucket name,
• Access Key and Secret Key,
• optional path prefix / folder strategy,
• public or frontend delivery URL when applicable.

Then choose the desired storage mode:

• Local – everything remains on the local server.
• Hybrid – local assets stay primary, with Cloud available for selected operations.
• Full Cloud – cloud masters and frontend derivatives are used as the main media source.

Once configured, PhotoSales Studio can manage cloud masters, previews, sale outputs and cleanup rules while keeping private originals protected and delivery-friendly.
